Procuramos um programador Flash Builder que tenha experiência em desenvolver aplicativos para o consumidor final. Que seja generalista e que tenha capacidade de aprender rápido. É um cargo full-time para o nosso escritório em Niterói (Rio de Janeiro), mas estamos abertos a possibilidades de trabalho remoto.
Responsabilidades:
Ser o principal desenvolvedor do nosso aplicativo web, mobile e desktop
Construir a base da nossa plataforma para que outros desenvolvedores possam construir aplicativos para o pligus
Entregar um código bem escrito e fácil de manter
Participar ativamente do processo criativo e de decisão do produto
Contribuir na metodologia de desenvolvimento e na alta produtividade da equipe
Requisitos:
Profundo conhecimento e experiência prática com o Flash Builder:
ActionScript
MXML
Experiência do usuário e camada visual do Flash com skins, CSS, animações, transições e funções visuais de resposta e interação
AIR
Integração com outras linguagens via AMF, XML ou JavaScript
APIs, SWC
Otimizações e melhores práticas
Testes, debugging, etc…
Domínio, experiência prévia ou capacidade para aprender Flash Media Server:
Transmissão de áudio, vídeo e tela. Codecs, AEC e processamento
Sincronização e tempo real
RTMP / RTMFP / P2P
Distribuição em CDNs
Domínio, experiência prévia ou capacidade para aprender a distribuir o Flash da melhor maneira possível em plataformas móveis como o iOS, Android e BlackBerry.
Distribuição e integração em diversos níveis e escalas com outras plataformas/sites já existentes.
Inglês fluente ou ao menos entendimento total ao ler ou ouvir a língua inglesa.

The pligus BETA app is completely free, automatically installs and its icon appears in the “Apps” section of the New Tab page.
Then, you open it and share the link with your group – pretty simple!
Speed is everything for us, we deliver great things to our users as fast as we can. If you search for videoconference, webconference or audioconference you will see that pligus BETA is the only app available in the Chrome Web Store (at the time of this writing).

To create, it’s just a click. To join, they simply click your link, type their names and hit enter
Now we’ve got a huge button in our home, where people can just click and create their own Rooms too. Think it’s nice? Tell the world about it!
Last week pligus moved out of closed beta. We’re still beta, but people won’t have to receive an invitation to join us – they simply go directly to the sign up form
